Julissa and Renzo

Our Promise

In an effort to gain their autonomy, Julissa and Renzo started their own business in 2007. With clients passing on the word about the quality of their service, the amount of work surpassed the goal they had set for their first year in just a few months. Soon they had to decide whether to turn down clients or expand. Twelve years and over five hundred clients later, they are beyond grateful to have made the right decision!

Julissa insists that the reason behind her drive has not changed: “It is incredible to witness how the initial cleaning improves the atmosphere of the entire home!”

For Renzo, the most rewarding aspect of managing such a company is “teaching our crew members leadership skills and watch them grow into a close-knit family.”

Hi, my name is Veronica Blandon (Administrative Manager).

As part of the MJ Baltimore Cleaning Services team, I oversee scheduling and ensure seamless coordination between our crews and the services we deliver to clients each day. I am committed to maintaining the highest standards of performance and take great pride in representing a team defined by quality, professionalism, and accountability.

Administrative Assistant

As the Secretary at MJ Baltimore Cleaning Services, I manage billing, handle important administrative tasks, and help keep daily operations organized. I take pride in maintaining accurate records, supporting the team, and ensuring our business runs efficiently to deliver excellent service to our clients.
